This website presents the Molde service: social media design creatives on a monthly subscription. The conditions governing purchase are set out on the Terms and Conditions of Sale page.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website are stated excluding IVA (VAT), and next to each one the monthly amount including 21% IVA is also shown. The amount charged is the one shown including IVA.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, design, brand and code of this website belong to Emilio Fernández Lezcano, except for third-party materials that are duly identified. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is not permitted without written permission.
Creatives delivered to clients are governed by what is agreed in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, not by this notice.
5. Terms of use
Access to this website is free and does not require registration. Anyone using it agrees not to use it for unlawful activities and not to try to harm its operation.
6. Links to other sites
This website links to third-party services, including Stripe's payment pages and the sign-up form. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies. The owner is not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Liability
The owner tries to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date and that the site works without interruption, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the hosting service will be continuously available.

9. Governing law
