What counts as one creative?
A creative is one complete post: an idea we think through once, delivered in whatever format suits it best, from a single image to a 15-slide carousel, adapted to all your channels. A long carousel costs the same as a short one. What counts is the idea, not the format.
Not sure what to post?
One line is enough: “the November offer”, “we’re now open on Sundays”. We work out how to tell it. And on Ritmo and Marca, the day your plan renews you get a calendar in your portal with an idea and a date for each creative: request it in one click or swap it.
Do you make videos?
We’re testing it. Ask us and we’ll show you an example.
Do you post for me?
No. We deliver the posts, and on Ritmo and Marca the calendar too; you upload them. That’s what keeps the price where it is.
What’s in the Marca summary?
On the same day as the calendar, you get a summary of the month that’s ending: every creative we delivered, with its files, and a few lines from us on how it went and what we suggest next. It isn’t a metrics report.
What if I’m not happy?
If you cancel within the first fourteen days, we refund half of your first payment, and the creatives you already have are yours to keep.
What about photos?
If you have your own, even better: yours always win. If not, we use stock images with our own treatment so they don’t look like a catalogue.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. A free account opens everything we deliver, and you also get the finished image in case you don’t want to touch anything.
What if you’re late?
That creative doesn’t count. We still deliver it and it goes back to your balance without you asking. You can see the time it’s due in your portal from the moment you request it.
What if I don’t use them all?
They don’t roll over: every month starts from zero, so work doesn’t pile up and deadlines are met. If you like, request the whole month on day one and forget about it.
Plan or pack?
If you’ll post every month, go for a plan: each creative works out cheaper. If your content is concentrated in a few weeks (an event, a campaign, a season), go for a pack: you pay once and commit to nothing.
What if my pack expires?
Creatives you haven’t requested by the date are lost and not refunded. The ones you already have are yours. With the Semestre pack you can request up to five a month, so the work is spread out and nobody waits longer than promised.
How do I cancel or change plan?
From your billing portal, whenever you like, no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do I need a call to sign up?
No. You choose a plan, pay and tell us about your brand in your portal. If you’d rather ask us first, read how it works: at the end there are fifteen minutes to answer your questions, not to sell you anything.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. From your portal, with one button: up to two months in a row, with a maximum of two months a year. You’re not charged, we don’t produce, and when you come back you keep the price you had.
